The days are longer! The sun is feeling a little brighter. Summer is finally HERE! 

It's been a long wet Spring, but everything we love about San Diego is happening now. The Fair is opening soon. The outdoor activities are kicking into high gear. The real estate market is also warming up! This promises to be a normal summer real estate market -  some price climibing as demand grows during the peak moving season - but, nothing crazy like we in the last few years.
