Despite the national media's dire predictions of a slump in the real estate market San Diego's market has been doing just fine. If you price your house right, it will sell quickly!     September 2023   Here we are at the tail end of summer. There's still an inventory shortage, with rising prices. But the market is also becoming more competitive.
